SUNIL KALLAMANGALAM

Sunil, co-founder of BackWater Capital has about two decades of core transaction advisory experience. Sunil has spent over a decade in various international consulting houses such as Arthur Andersen, Grant Thornton, and Ernst & Young, and has vast transaction experience in India, Africa, and the Middle East. His expertise include Due diligence, Valuation and Business modeling, Corporate strategy and Mergers & acquisitions.

Sunil is a commerce graduate, a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Cost & Works Accountant from ICWAI, Management Accountant from CIMA, London and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.

JOSE JOSEPH MEKKALATH

Jose specializes in Investment banking, and has spent about 10 years with international consulting houses (Deloitte, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, and Ernst & Young) in India, and in the Middle East before co-founding BackWater Capital.

Jose is a Commerce graduate, and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
